Processing time
All items are made to order. Production typically starts as soon as your order is placed, or once any required personalization details are confirmed.
• Ready to ship and simple apparel orders, typically 2 to 5 business days
• Personalized items and 3D printed items, typically 3 to 7 business days
• Bulk or custom project orders, timelines vary; we will message you with an estimated ship date

During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates are shown at checkout and are based on your location, package size, and selected shipping speed.

Shipping carriers
We ship using major carriers such as USPS and UPS, depending on the best option for your order.

Estimated delivery time
Delivery time begins after your order ships. Typical transit times within the U.S. are:
• Standard shipping, about 2 to 5 business days
• Expedited shipping, faster options may appear at checkout when available

Carrier delays can happen and are outside our control, but we will help however we can.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Correct address required
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for the reshipping cost.

Lost, stolen, or missing packages
If tracking shows “delivered,” but you did not receive your package:
• Check with your household, neighbors, and your local carrier office
• Contact us and we will assist with next steps. Replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis

If a package is lost in transit and tracking shows it never delivered, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Photos of the damage
• Photos of the packaging, including the shipping label
We will make it right as quickly as possible.
