Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 12, 2026

Overview

Welcome to Everyday Customs Co. LLC. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Everyday Customs Co. LLC. We operate this website and online store, including all related content, features, tools, products, and services, collectively referred to as the “Services.”

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our Services and securely process orders.

By visiting our website, purchasing from our store, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, referred to as the “Terms,” and our Privacy Policy: [insert Privacy Policy link].

Please review these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and Services.

Section 1 — Account Access and Customer Information

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to use our Services.

When browsing our store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your billing, shipping, and contact information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Section 2 — Product Information and Variations

We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products. However, colors, finishes, sizing, and product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, materials, garment-dye variations, manufacturing differences, and the handmade or made-to-order nature of many of our products.

Minor variations in print placement, color tone, sizing, finish, texture, and appearance are not considered defects.

For 3D-printed products, minor layer lines, seams, surface texture, and small variations are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Section 3 — Custom and Personalized Orders

Many of our products are custom-made, personalized, printed on demand, or made specifically for the customer.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing all information submitted with your order, including:

  • Names, dates, initials, and spelling
  • Shirt sizes, colors, and quantities
  • Artwork, logos, and design instructions
  • Shipping addresses and contact information

Once production has begun, custom or personalized orders generally cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error.

When a design proof or mockup is provided for approval, you are responsible for reviewing it carefully. After approval, any spelling, sizing, color, or design details shown in the approved proof will be considered accepted by the customer.

Section 4 — Customer-Submitted Artwork and Intellectual Property

By submitting a logo, image, phrase, design, trademark, photograph, or other content for a custom order, you represent that you own the content or have permission to use it.

You agree that Everyday Customs Co. LLC is not responsible for claims arising from customer-submitted designs or instructions that infringe on the rights of another person or business.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we believe may violate intellectual-property rights, applicable laws, or our business standards.

Section 5 — Business and Bulk Orders

Business-branded apparel, bulk orders, event orders, and other larger custom projects may be subject to separate quotes, production timelines, payment terms, and approval requirements.

Any written quote, invoice, or custom-order agreement provided for a specific project will supplement these Terms. If there is a conflict, the terms stated on the applicable quote or invoice will control for that order.

Production will not begin until any required payment, deposit, artwork, sizing details, and approvals have been received.

Section 6 — Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, design concerns, or misuse of our Services.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Section 7 — Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and handling fees will be calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Discounts, coupon codes, and promotional offers may be subject to additional restrictions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your purchase.

Section 8 — Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on product type, customization, order volume, and material availability.

Typical processing estimates are:

  • Apparel and drinkware: approximately 2–5 business days
  • Custom apparel and larger orders: timeline provided with the quote or order confirmation
  • 3D-printed products: approximately 3–7 business days

These timeframes are estimates and do not include carrier transit time. During holidays, sales, or periods of increased demand, processing may take longer.

Section 9 — Shipping, Delivery, and Local Pickup

We primarily ship orders using USPS and UPS. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs processing delays, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was submitted.

If a package appears to be lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact us promptly. We will assist with the carrier-claim process when appropriate, subject to applicable law.

Local pickup may be available for certain orders. Pickup instructions will be provided when the order is ready. Orders should not be picked up before receiving confirmation.

Section 10 — Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy: [insert Refund Policy link].

Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, they are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order details.

Please contact us promptly after delivery if there is an issue with your order. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the concern.

Section 11 — 3D-Printed Product Use and Safety

Unless expressly stated otherwise, 3D-printed products are decorative, organizational, or general-use items.

Some items may contain small parts, articulated components, or materials that are not suitable for young children. Adult supervision is recommended when appropriate.

Do not expose 3D-printed items to excessive heat, open flames, or conditions beyond their intended use. Unless expressly stated otherwise, 3D-printed products are not intended for food preparation, medical use, safety-critical applications, or use as protective equipment.

Customers are responsible for using each product appropriately.

Section 12 — Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, product photography, graphics, text, videos, product descriptions, and original designs created by Everyday Customs Co. LLC are owned by or licensed to Everyday Customs Co. LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

Section 13 — Feedback, Reviews, and Customer Photos

Section 16 — Privacy

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain personal information may also be collected and processed by Shopify and other service providers as necessary to operate our store, process payments, fulfill orders, and provide customer support.

Section 17 — Errors and Updates

Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, processing times, or availability.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by inaccurate information at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Section 18 — Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Services:

  • For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • To violate intellectual-property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Section 19 — Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our Services and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not make warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.

Section 20 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Everyday Customs Co. LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Section 21 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Everyday Customs Co. LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate state or federal court with jurisdiction in Mississippi, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
